Online Admission Application Submission
Dates:
For online courses the last day to submit the online admission form will be the first day of class. To see when the courses begin please go to the online schedule page.
For all other short term on campus classes contact admissions and records at (760)252-2411 x7700 to find out the last day to submit the online admission form. |

New and Transferring students have never enrolled at Barstow Community College before. Continuing Student Requirements: Fall semester -- attended previous Spring or Summer semester. Summer semester -- attended previous Spring semester. Spring Semester -- attended previous Fall semester.

Returning Student Requirements:
An updated application must be received if you have missed a semester. Please complete all seven steps if you are a returning student.
An application must be received if you are a new student. Failure to completely fill out the application form will result in your not being enrolled.
High school students must come to campus, see a counselor and pick up paperwork.

If you do not have a credit card (MasterCard or VISA) you will have to send a check with your signature form, via fax or mail. Remember that we will not enroll you until we have received your signature form and payment. Enrollment forms are sorted by student status. In order to enroll it is important that you choose the appropriate enrollment status in order to determine which one applies to you. Filling out the wrong enrollment status will delay your enrollment at Barstow Community College. |
In addition you must fill out and send in the signature form to the college via mail with your payment before you are considered an enrolled student at Barstow Community College.
All students are required by the state of California to submit a signature form to Barstow Community College via mail. Failure to provide this signature form and all registration material to Barstow Community College will result in your not being enrolled.
The signature form not only protects the college, it also protects you from having anyone enroll in the college in your name. Mail a completed signature form to Admissions and Registration office (address listed below). Student Records, Barstow Community College, 2700 Barstow Road, Barstow, CA 92311. The signature form will be emailed to you after completion of this form, and will also appear on your screen after submittal of the registration form. The BOG Waiver Form is a means for low income students to attend college without paying any registration fees. If you feel you may qualify for this form, you may click on the link in order to see if your income falls within the qualifying guidelines. If you find you are eligible for the BOG Waiver, you should then fill out the form and mail or fax it to the college. Remember that the college will probably require some form of proof from you in addition to the form which you have submitted. The college will notify you if additional proof is needed. |
