Refreshing or Reloading a Page.
In order to see the most current copy of a page on the Internet students should hit the "reload" or "refresh" buttons on their browsers. This tutorial will help you to learn how to hit "reload" or "refresh" in your browser.
Internet Explorer Users -- Hitting the Refresh button and clearing the cache
Open Internet Explorer.
Go to the page containing outdated information
Hold down the CTRL key and tap the F5 key, or click the refresh button. It is located in
the uppermost gray area of Internet Explorer. The refresh button looks
like this:

the page refreshes you should see accurate dates. If you do not see
accurate dates after hitting refresh you may need to clear your cache.
Instructions to clear your cache follow:
Make sure that you have the most recent version of a Web page by clearing out your Web cache.
