Welcome to Humanities 5 online. In this course we will explore the myths of some 15-17 different cultures.  Looking for parallels among these myths, we will become more familiar with the basic values and traditions of numerous societies.

I expect you to succeed and am eager to help you do so.  But you need to be appreciative of the fact that this online option is condensed and that you must be self-motivated to keep up with your assignments.

We will also use the internet and search for numerous pieces of information.  Thus if you have little computer experience, make a point to complete the tutorial available on our home page.

 Also, it is crucial that you check the message board on a very regular basis.  It is there that I provide further help and more clarification for assignments.

Be sure to submit all assignments in rich text format and via email to me.  I cannot accept work as attachments.  Remember to put your real name on all submissions, especially when you copy and paste from your word-processing program.
